Last year villas sold out completely on both Cap d'Antibes and Cap Ferrat with client's who were booking late for their Summer holidays being turned away! We had never know such a busy year for villa rentals. It looks as though 2012 is going to be just as busy with bookings coming in even earlier than last year. Rental sales are already up by 33% compared to last years rental figures. Elegant Address only show a small example...full story
